Returns
At Barecraft, each product is handcrafted in small batches, with a focus on thoughtful design and craftsmanship. We ask that you shop mindfully and reach out to us with any questions before placing your order — we’re happy to help you make an informed decision.
For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photo, an unboxing video and a description of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a return pickup and offer you a replacement or store credit.
For All Other Returns:
We review non-defect return requests on a case-by-case basis. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. If such requests are approved, the return will be eligible for store credit only, and a return shipping fee of 10% of the product value will be deducted from the credited amount. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our quality and policy criteria.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please message us via WhatsApp at +91 9521612974 with your order number, the item in question, and supporting photos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days with next steps.
If the return is approved, you will receive details on the pickup process or shipping instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging. Once the returned item reaches us and passes quality checks, your store credit or replacement will be processed within 7 working days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, you may submit a return request (subject to approval) and place a new order separately. This helps ensure faster fulfilment and accurate inventory tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
